My Favorite Summer Memories
Growing up were our family gatherings at my Grandmother Pearl’s house. We would celebrate her wonderful food around the backyard garden. At summer’s end, everyone was given jars of her “famous” Potsfield Relish.
As always, this was a tribute to the bounty of her garden. We would enjoy the Potsfield Relish all year long until the following summer when we would all get together again. This relish has always reminded me of my family and our wonderful times together.
